@Damdred Reading your case you have some decent points. I did find the fact that he was pushing you and he even offered to make a case. But when I took him up on his offer he just backtracked and said he didn't have time or something.

I'm surprised you didn't mention his odd reaction to BH's RNG post.

The biggest thing he has going for him is his giant filter. If as the game goes on and he stops posting and lets his content level drop it will be a big indicator he is probably mafia.
