I hate this post so very much. Like obviously you must see how fucking scummy it is to try and pre-emptively dissuade anyone from getting a read on you or find you scummy.
The biggest problem overall is you either just showcased massive mafia mindset, or you're simply telling the truth with the bolded.
While it is overwhelmingly likely that town is the one to make a trap like this (however dumb it is), the fact remains that you knew what you were doing when you set the trap, as you specifically set it for me and tongue-in-cheekily added that smiley.
(Never mind the fact that you try to downplay your early scumread on me by calling it a joke which I honestly don't believe as I've already said---way too much reference and thoughts brought up about it but I digress slightly)
The point is you know very well what I think about traps from the last game and you know how people read you for setting the trap in the first place. The fact that it was almost one of the first things you did in the game rather than an afterthought later on or just something you came up with randomly makes me believe that it could have been a plan from the start. Surely nobody who sets a trap, as bad as it is, could be mafia? What purpose could scum ever have from pulling that sort of thing? Well, WIFOM but exactly that.
The fact that you also consider the fact that Artanis would give out the role PM to the scumteam may also belie prior knowledge of this actually happening. (but then again a good scummer would never bring this up in thread for precisely that reason...ugh)
Under normal circumstances I would be keeping it simple (stupid) and assuming you're town for the trap but you're also fucking HF and I've assumed the most likely scenario on you and been burned by it before. I'd like to know what outside parties have to say about this in terms of likelihood as playing a shit ton of games with HF could be clouding my judgment.

As an aside there's a couple things about MM1 I actually note in here. Mm1 is very focused on who is voting for whom as though that should clear people or nail them to the wall on their own, including the post where he listed all the towny things about me (which HF lovingly ignores). The ONE reason MM1 thinks I could be scum despite all the apparently scummy things HF has brought up about me recently is because my votes were off, when he is currently scumreading HF for something similar.

On the one hand it reminds me of the townplay of KSC last game where many of his reads were based on whether his target's other reads were congruent, but this doesn't even go that far. This is simply looking at votes without the analysis. Like I had forgotten about that HF scumread for voting a scum partner when other people are cleared for it in MM1's eyes. (and I still don't think it's a slip) It's lazy and scummy.
I'm going to have to make a decision either way because I can't be sure I'll be able to post much tomorrow and while the idea of HFscum will forever be nagging at me, I can't let the noob card be the only reason that MM1 is town. There were way too many moments throughout the game that yelled MM1 scum to my face to ignore,

I ignored those moments with other people earlier on and paid for it (especially with bunnies). This cell has been way too fucking difficult and I can't keep my head straight about it. I think with HF I am more willing to believe he picked up on a few scummy things earlier and only later tried to put effort into doing stuff (since it does fit with his overall play this game) about it rather than MM1's POV which is that HF has been shit-flinging at him all game simply to try and get him lynched. I will try to continue reading tomorrow and hopefully be able to answer the odd question here and there.
