The thing is, GMarsh didn't say he was going to be banned, thus there's nothing to appeal. You can only appeal a ruling once it's handed down. He shouldn't be forced to sit out a game if he wasn't punished yet for his crime.
Maybe I just don't understand the process correctly though.

I think its a valuable skill. For example if you were posting in a certain way I could talk in the QT to bunnies about how I thought "this is so townie or so scummy of you and reference previous games so that she can see where I'm coming from. If you don't (or other seniors don't) post it can cause this aspect of the game to be less useful. I will say I'm also personally surprised you're not going to talk a lot as either alignment not sure you got the self control
