I don't know dude, I'm looking through an older game and his a-rating is a bit higher than there, but his c-rating is more than halved (48.89 -> 22.88). This leads to his overall rating being similar. I've usually found a-rating to be a better indicator of alignment though, so if anything, based on the numbers alone he's not that likely to be mafia. His townrating is around the middle of the pack.
