I don't think this is true because the people that were active before the order was selected were the same that were active afterwards. It's just that they got put as the early cells that was the problem. | ||

So that its blocked off time wise a max of 5.5 days. I think it could cause a spike in activity and since people know that even if they're in the last cell they have to fight sooner rather than later it might work. | ||
