Although kita was looking for one item in particular and didn't flat out tell us what his role did.
It seems here Amiko's role is very clear-cut and whether I give him an item or not he can disable them/switch them.
Although although thinking of it now if I try to....ahem...remove him he could try to switch the item with someone else?
