I kinda don't believe killings role claim, it seems weird to me that a gimped roleblock would require an in-thread announcement and change the chaos. What I think actually happened was killing's power made the day phase get skipped after lsb died.

Also I guess VE did not deliver a scum KP last night, because I made him and whoever he targeted into lovers for the night. I still kind of want to lunch him eventually but here's something more important.

If anyone roleblocked jat last night they should consider claiming the rb, at least that part of the role if not a full claim. I did not. I think we should kill oatsmaster and if he doesn't have any protection and no one claims the rb we should probably kill jat next. Unless oats had some kind of protection, which is possible I guess, but it probably means jat didn't target oats, I think

Come on guys we can't let the thread die like this.

The game is not solved! Our confirmed townies are dropping like flies and we still don't know for sure who the scum are.

So here's something to talk about.

Postulate: if scum could, they would have used the prince of darkness power on day 2. Either to cancel the pms, or to cancel the double lynch. The fact that they didnt suggests two things to me.

One: the chaos counter was not high enough. We have seen this game that strong town powers have changed the chaos (eg blazinghand), and it's reasonable to expect the same of strong scum powers.
Two: the scum player with that power was not present on day 2 to use it.

So I think it could have come either from djodref/geript or killing. Killing's power triggered something on lsb, and reduced the chaos counter; the day phase ended right after lsb died. On the other hand, djodref was not in the thread on the pm day, and the prince of darkness power was used immediately after geript joined the game.

So we need to be talking about those players (plus VE, who put a green check on djodref) IMO and not just waiting for oatsmaster to die.

Palmar that's fucking stupid. We lynch scum. This was the wrong game to sign up for if you didn't want to have to distinguish between 3p and scum, cause that's the game you're in.

That said, It is weird that there have been so few apparent town aligned KP. But we can complain about the setup when the game is over.

I'm just worried that we can't afford to waste a lynch on oatsmaster. Unlike VE, at least oats has presented a somewhat coherent explanation of a world in which his actions make sense... Whereas VE has had four nights and delivered zero useful checks and not been shot as the only claimed full detective.

Basically we have no idea when lylo is, and if this is lylo i feel way better blaming a loss on ve if he's town and really tried this little, than if we lose because oats actually is 3p and we didnt stop and think.
