other than this metaread i dont see anything in balla's filter that looks actively scummy rather than just not playing the game, and it's early enough in the day that we don't have to start worrying about that yet

On a side note, I don't anticipate using this power unless something thinks of a good application so I might as well share it. I can learn the number of kp used during the night at the expense of increasing the radiation level. I'm not really sure what that does, but that power doesn't seem useful enough to warrant finding out. It does probably mean that there will be a ton of kp floating around though.
