I was going to say "lynch the scummiest of the two (probably hopeless) and then the other if he flips town". But if Toad was mafia then by the time we get through lynching all of them the game would be over, I forgot that there are so little town left. I concede this point, I was wrong. I still, however, don't think Toad is mafia. | ||

If you think he's scum, lynch with fire. The parity check would still be valid after hopeless flips, in fact it makes Toad's role more powerful if he's not lying. | ||

I'm not certain on a hopeless lynch anymore I'd have to go back and do some re-reading if that becomes a thing. But Skanjab doesn't really have a reason for just dumping his prime scumread to start calling me scum without any case to speak of. Early D1 case that has been utterly debunked obviously doesn't count. | ||

1) Toad has done no scumhunting in this game. It makes no sense to check Hopeless because regardless of Hopeless' claim's truthfulness he is not gonna die ever during the night. So he is using "Hopeless is town so i agree with his logic that rayn icould be scum" but he checks Hopeless because he thinks Hopeless is scum (that's the only reason he would check Hopeless for). He is contradicting himself. 4) He gives up when he thinks mafia is accusing him of being mafia. He is not trying to argue against the lynch, he is not trying to do anything, he just quits the game. Nothing, absolutely nothing Toad has said or done this game makes any sense from town perspective and that's why we should lynch him. | ||

Because, like I (and others) said, when was the last time mafia fake-claimed with ~12 hours to lynch and ~2 votes on them? I mean, I'm more certain about Skanjab and Oats being scum, and leaving toad alive has the upside of him either absorbing mafia night actions or basically scumclaiming right? | ||
