you dont know what people pick. you would have to force a mass"blue"claim and even then you cant be sure. it's not that easy... i think we should stick to the plan to ban champs that are insanely good for scum and bad for town.
because scummers on bad draftorderspots could easily access them and it's hard to find out.

urgot is stronger than janna in the hands of scum. he requires more coordination is thus less useful for town. therefor i think that we should keep these three bans. Janna should be a high priority pick for us. shes also really useful for town and we should try to deny her.
