I don't think it's a terrible idea. I will however stand by my previous statement. Yes we could try to force scum to play from the end of the Q in a risk of a lynch.. but they could also try to push a agenda for a mislych on a (I'm going to go out on a limb here) a townie that's probably going to lurk for the first 30 hours. (IE, Mocsta has already said he will be afk for the first 30 or so hours. From the past few games I've played I have a strong belief that several others will probably not be around immediately either. All the while an active mafia member could pull enough townie points to be high in the order regardless. But from your perspective I can see the relevance of this. Scum can just play pro-townie in the picks/bans phase to get a high #. There is no reason we shouldn't do something to at least try to fight for the slots instead of not doing anything. @Geript Ok. It seems like you don't play League. So I hope you don't take this response as aggressive because I really don't intent it to be that way. If you're not one of SKT's members then you're town. Thus Rean being Doublelift makes him not scum. We can't say this is for sure because it's so early in the game. Rean's roleplaying Lift doesn't mean that he is ACTUALLY Liftlift. Jay just clarified his stance on this in a previous post above this.. I'm inclined to follow the same logic here. Either I can believe that Rean is fake claiming Doublelift (Liftlift or w/e nickname... just wiki SKT for their members... anyone not on that list is not scum. We should probably clarify if it's the S3 roster or the new S4 roster.. I'm assuming SKT T1 roles are based off of currently members when they played in the World Finals? And shit up the thread 3 hours into picks/bans by claiming he is scum.. Or I can just roll with it and try to feel out players in this game as they become active. Sub version would be: We can't know Rean's alignment off what he has post. You can take his statement with a grain of salt and focus on moving the thread forward. Or you can take his statement with a grain of salt and clog up the thread. | ||

100% bans should be Yorick and Graves at least. Yorick - Delaying flip results for a night is disastrous for the town. This ability is strait terrorizing for the town. This champ needs banned 100%. Yes, if he gets picked we will know the first time he uses his ability.. But we will then have to try to pick out which summoner is using him. Town looses so much information any cycle Yorick uses this. This champ needs banned. Graves - Returning opposite alignment checks is sooooo bad for town. This ability is in no way, shape, or form useful to the town. It only serves the mafia. The only hesitation I'd have against this ban would be the fact that the scum would have to be convincingly town to have their results held up by the town during a lynch. We have strong players here. We should just ban this champ. I'm still in the air about the third ban so I'll spare posting about it for now. Alright though, it's really late and the threads died out for the moment anyway.. So I'm off to sleep. I'll be back after work tomorrow. | ||

I just scimmed over the thread to get a idea of what happened since last night. Current thoughts on the last ban should probably go between Twitch, Urgot, or Eve. Urgot and Twitch is pretty scary for the town due to a scum team just sitting back and hitting people with missiles/vemon. Then all the sudden we would end up with stronger townies all being hit at once by expunge, with an increased KP from Urgot. Promptly followed up by whatever else scum pick up. Either of these champions by themselves is really bad for the town. Either one of them lets scum hit townies with abilities and we wouldn't even know about it. We can't ban both but we should definitely get rid of one of them. Eve for obvious reasons. What kind of scum wouldn't enjoy being able to dmg a townie scott free. It's not like you have to worry about traps. Worse ontop of that is it would seem that checks would return VT from her. (This is assuming I'm interpreting the watcher/tracker statement correctly.) | ||

But it's been brought up before.. His town play is hyper aggressive and thus far the only real issue I have floating about is the Oats/Marv/Rayn exchange earlier on. But I don't think it's enough for me to call any of that group scum yet. So I'm curious on where your thought process here is.. Are you just policy lynching him? | ||

That being said go into his filter and I think you'll be able to tell his motives. He's less than blunt in stating them (Which is probably half the reason people were up in arms in the first place.) | ||

But I'm not going to give that thought much credit yet. I mean we still have people who have less than 5 post or no post at all. If it continues into D1 I might consider it meaningful but half of the last 24 hours have been useless banter/chit-chat realistically speaking. | ||
