so as promised, i'll try to make some reads this time rather than just not posting. so far i'm liking either Vanesco or cakeman for a day 1 lynch. cakeman constantly questioning himself is questionable (c wut i did thar?) and Vanesco's points are iterated nicely by Jonny above ^, although some parts are a stretch. barring any other sort of information so early on, i would think apologetic-ness / questiony-ness is suspicious to me. | ||

for vanesco, im not sure if zealousness wrt to searching and researching people is a norm for people playing forum mafia. would a scum do that to appear useful? vanesco just seems really eager to poke at people and stir up discussion, which isn't necessarily bad. overall scum read: probably not so yes, 180 degrees turn on both. when does voting close? | ||

i don't like how tehpoofter posts. minus the inactivity thing, he posts a lot more when called to defend himself and makes minimal probes on others, as if he doesn't want to overplay his hand and accidentally reveal something. as such, my vote will be for him right now. ##Vote: Tehpoofter | ||

reading through poofter's filter, his conversation with/about Storr is interesting if Storr does turn out to be scum (it makes sense if you assume that relationship). i'd like to invite everyone to read through poofter's filter and then Storr's to get an idea of what i mean. jumps on him right after a bandwagon starts forming up. no reason at that point to not help out your mafia buddy, hence E00e not scummy. in a majority lynch game i reckon a good/safer strategy by mafia would be to propose multiple targets throughout voting to confuse, rather than to outright attempt a bluff via voting for your mafia buddy. that's why i had E00e under town. i think a core difference is that you're looking at things that make people suspicious, whereas i'm starting from what we know from the confirmed scum and working backwards based off that. tehpoofter votes E00e -> E00e unlikely to be scum. JonnyLaw + Vonthin voted tehpoofter -> they are unlikely to be scum | ||

at this point i'm comfortable with a lynch on Storr/owb/Odin. i must admit i might be tunneling a little hard on Storr as part of me wants to be proven right for the hard push / yolovote on him day 2. i'll let other people come to conclusions on Storr on their own at this juncture. owb/odin i'm not so sure about. assuming Storr is scum (remember, this is an assumption), then only 1 out of 2 of them are scum, which makes a mislynch pretty likely. i'd greatly prefer a Storr vote in day 3, but if that's not possible then settling for one of the other 2 seems okay i guess. | ||
