That you defended fuba is scummy, and yes scum does that and use the exact argument you're using to play it off. if you don't want to die you're going to put in some serious fucking effort today. This is clearly a matter of opinion on your part. My reads haven't been useless or shallow. If I recall, you too thought hzflank was scum on Day 1. Is it not hypocritical of you to vote someone who has agreed with you for the majority of the game? I've already explained my lack of activity. What is with these questions? Are you trying to antagonize me? These questions serve no purpose. Of course I won't think my reads are useless or shallow. That is a presumptuous bait.

Two of tehpoofter/bereft/laughingjack are scum. I don't know which ones, but I'm going to defer to Pandain's judgement here. ##vote: Bereft

Let us review.
The Player list for this game: Red = known scum Green = known/almost confirmed town Bold = people Asinine thinks could be scum Blue = people Asinine does not consider for possible scum
-
Oatsmaster
- Mig
- mkfuba07
- OdinOfPergo
- Tehpoofter
- Stutters695
- Pandain
- Hopeless1der
- Bereft
- Asinine (By default)
- Grackaroni
- JarJarDrinks
- LaughingJack
- hzflank
So once more for those that don't feel like counting, Asinine has rattled off 7/14 players for scum where 3 are already dead, 1 is almost confirmed town, 1 is himself and 1 is the guy he's currently attempting to curry favor with. That gives him a pool of 8 players to identify the scum from. He's fingered 87% of the player base as "possible scum". Explain to me again how your reads are meaningful and fleshed out, because I dont see it Asinine. You do not deserve to live in this game any longer.

We can afford to take that risk. Pandain take note. This is the correct play at this point in the game. If you disagree, I hereby name you scum.

Do you really think that's likely considering his interactions with the flipped scum? I remember in Hogwarts you narrowed in on all of the our house's interactions with Pandain and determined that Holyflare was the hufflescum. I didnt really use Pandain as an anchor to compare filters against that game, HF was the scummiest looking of our house based on actual content and actions in the game. Quite frankly, Asinine looks like scum and I think we are in the situation that Mig has described where scum is banking on Asinine looking so scummy that doubt seeps into our minds wondering why isnt anyone trying to contest his lynch and we just agree to lynch elsewhere. I don't know who his scumbuddy is, and it does not matter. I don't need to lynch his partner to win. However, I do need to lynch Asinine so that this game can move forward. If he manages to flip town, we are still ridiculously better off without him. He is like the embodiment of scum right now. He's cancerous and prohibitive to any constructive discussion while he is around.. Remove him.

I'll gladly do that if asinine flips town. Im kind of busy so I don't want to start filter diving right now grack. Sorry that I'm joining the lurker brigade for the short term.

wow good call on bereft guys. Asinine...wow dude, that must have felt terrible to play for Day 2.
|
your play was decent stutters. The only thing that gave me reservations about you was that you had a hard time committing to hzflank or mkfuba Day 1. In all honesty, who did you think was scummier? If I had to decide for myself, it'd be fuba but you didnt really show that because you kind of just ended up sheeping town sentiment to finalize your vote. Aside from that, I think it comes down to having more time to play for you.

Asinine not giving his ID was the final straw because it served no purpose as town, but before then it was far from clear. It turns out I was right about the other scum-read, but I was always re-reading other filters and I wasn't actually ever sure.
Problem was I thought both of you were scum but I was so focused on finding a scum-team connection because you guys were forced into defending each other, or so I thought. I could never just give up control like you guys did. in a normal game, this mentality makes sense, but with the White-Flag mechanic, they had no other choice. Marv mentions it in his endgame writeup. It was like 8v1 in terms of getting pressure away from Asinine. No one made sense for Asinine's teammate. However, Asinine made no sense as town so...keep it simple.

Yeah but grack you spent two pages back and forth with the guy you have a scumread on yelling that he's scum. Why bother, is what nuke is saying. Its a waste of breath and your time is better spent consolidating your points and presenting them to town.
I will concede that oats looked terrible (imo) by the end of it, but if you hadn't been a vig, your play was disruptive and left town wondering wtf is gong on.
