Oh, is shitting on everyone who tries to write anything helpful a normal thing for you? :/

Ok so if this is normal yamato behavior i change my reason from "he's shitting up the thread and this is scummy" to "he's shitting up the thread and this is normal yamato behavior so let's policy him"

Maybe I am, but at least I'm not shitting on other players, and am introducing new ideas and trying to foster learning, growth, and harmony. The only growth you are fostering is CANCER (oh, burn!) and so you must be cut out. I am the gamma knife of justice.

I will admit that entire last post of mine was just an excuse to write gamma knife of justice.
I'll be back in a bit

I like how you're putting words in my mouth and assuming town never lynches scum D1. It's because of players like you that townies get lynched. Anyway, I'm actually off. Just read this post.

I am here. I am serious re: RNG. Consider mine a vote for RNG if we can pull it off, and if I feel like letting yamato off the hook
Still don't like yamato's play interactions when I was in-thread and tbh even if he's gonna flip town it would be acceptable for me to lynch him just because this kind of play isn't acceptable. It's part "i think he's working to push a scum agenda" and part "even if he's not, we should always lynch this kind of play"

That ShiaoPi vote is kinda a shit vote.
But yeah I'm thinking WoS's idea re: RNG is fine, but his presentation seems pretty emo. Cheer up emo kid! No need to be a debbie downer. If you want to frame the RNG debate in a way that it actually gains traction, don't say "town can't lynch scum D1 anyways" because people don't like to admit that about themselves. Instead, say "this is the best time we'll basically ever have for busting out some mad RNG skillzorz"
also FT your objection that RNG can't truly be random is missing the real point of RNG

Like, the reason the vote on shiaopi is a shit vote is because of how you're framing it. "ShiaoPi is playing below full potential" when the dude was only in thread for an hour and dropped some one-liners is bad reasoning. Like, instead say "ShiaoPi is lurking" because the reason you're voting for him doesn't have shit to do with his potential, or one-liners, or whatever. You're voting him because he was only in-thread for an hour, and barely posted. You're voting him for lurking.
If you're gonna policy a guy for lurking, man up and admit it. Don't try to look like you have some serious analysis going on, FT-- you don't.

Yeah the drive-by vote from FT would definitely cause me to vote him if my reasons for voting yamato77 weren't so compelling already. I consider him my 2nd-best scumread at this moment.

I've never played a legit game with BH or Palmar, so I can't read them yet. Thanks for the detailed explanations. Care to explain? We've already discussed you quite enough. There are at least 5 other scummers out there. I'm interested in discussing as many people as possible. I'll discuss you if you end up being the #1 or #2 candidate later in the day. So how about you explain your vote? Clearly you aren't adding to the discussion by just voting and leaving...you've given more reasoning for thinking Grack is scum and you're not even voting him! You didn't see the one liners? he basically claaaaimed scum.
that's not a good argument at all.

Hm I dunno rereading some of FT's other posts (it's a very quick job) I'm wondering if he's a better lynch than Yamato. I get the feeling he's more likely to flip scum. Like, I really WANT to lynch Yamato. It would make me smile in my heart to do so. But I can't not vote FT after that shit man. I really can't not vote him.
Damn you, FT!
Damn you!

Ok so to be clear here, there's no reason FT should just be allowed to do a drive-by vote with so little reasoning.
shit like this

when of course FT has done no discussion whatsoever, contributed no ideas whatsoever, posted no thought process whatsoever...
look it's one thing to take stances, peopel think that makes you town. But it REALLY DOESN'T. It's posting a thought process that does. Think about Oatsmaster from GS Mini. Why was rayne shit-mad at him? Because despite Oatsmaster having strong convictions, his thought process was opaque. It's easy for scum to drop votes, to say "X is scum" or "Y is town" because, well, it's just easy to write. Oats was town that game, but the basic idea (thought process should be shared) holds true.
It's something that scum can't really do as well as town can, no matter how wiley. Even I, the squm-master, have trouble with this.
Writing / faking a thought process in a coherent way is difficult. FT has not conveyed his thought process. He's just claimed credit for other people pushing grack. this is the kind of thing that scum can do very easily. Now, whether grack is scum or town isn't relevant here. Maybe grack is scum! But FT did a drive-by vote. He appropriated other people's thought process for his own. He could backtrack and we'd never know that he was making a logical contradiction.
In other words, he's in the perfect position for scum to move his vote as he pleases.
Vote FT!

It's not a scumclaim, it's a scumtell. But it's a good one, and better imo than yamato shitting up the thread.

Though I will admit on a visceral level, I certainly eye yamato's actions with derision and WANT to lynch him.

The issue isn't that he's wrong or ShiaoPi has like done anything worthy of not being policy lynched. The issue is the lack of a statement of thought process!

you guys who are trying to figure out how to rng a random lynch are really bad. Here', I'll RNG it RIGHT NOW.
The random lynch will be on player whose number is the post number that this post is (not in the thread, but the post # for TL). You can find the post number by mouse-overing the "#" in the upper right corner of this post.
Take that number in Mod 19.
1 = koshi, 2 = VE, etc, down the player list, until you get to 0 = grackaroni.
There, we've got a random lynch. WE'RE USING THE NUMBER FOR THIS POST. THIS POST THATI S BEING MADE. THE OVERALL TL #, NOT THE # IT IS IN THREAD.

19854944 mod 19 = 1. RANDOM LYNCH IS ON KOSHI.
now you guys can stop complaining about there being no RNG.
seriously though vote FT.

You guys wanna see "real"? This rando lynch just got seriously real. Everyone who took stances about it now has to re-evaluate (or pretend to re-evaluate) that shit, cause the RNG just produced a person for us: Koshi. Yeah. What now?
I gave up on RNG. But anyone who's serious about it now, you better freaking vote Koshi, or shut up about it.
