I strongly disagree on Dandel. Yes he kind of messed up the thread but he put himself in the spotlight and put strong pressure on Koshi.
Your case on Xatalos seems compelling but it relies on Xatalos being a good mafia player. I think I recognize the name but haven't been in games with him. That said I see town ask questions to which there is only one answer (or the answer is useless) all the time.
Look at oats his recent post about his pm interaction with me and tell me if that changes your mind about him at all please.
I think you should also look at Oats' filter in the recently played "Titanic Mafia" cause he does this as town.
Grack's "Black Sheep" comment you're misinterpreting I think. It refers to all the other lords being vets and him not being a vet. I haven't really read in to him much so don't have much of an opinion on him.
All in all, your post is huge and has some valid points but you're stretching some stuff and I don't see the reason to post FOUR scumreads, instead of one concise case.

I can tell you that vivax told me he didn't run for lord because he wouldn't be that active in the earlygame but that's about it.
Oats seems to have a townread on him but I haven't conversed with him much. Nothing alignment indicative anyway.
Looking at that post though, it seems more aggressive towards Koshi than defensive towards Oats. Although the post itself does both, obviously.
After the game we just played together, I can't say I blame him for not calling Koshi scum at this point. (Titanic Mafia)
