Alright. Right now my Zephirdd is my MUST LYNCH WITH INTENSITY scum read. His early posting seems very careful such as "Ace said pre-game how this benefits town, so it should be a nobrainer right?" It's like he thinks this is a good plan but he'd rather hear what someone else thinks before he makes a decision on it. I mean "nobrainer" and "right?" are just two words that shouldn't be in the same sentence unless you're kinda split on where you stand. In this post he gives someone the advice to go look at Smurf Mini Mafia, a game which couldn't have less to do with this game. He wants him to just avoid meta analysis which seems like a scum move to me since meta analysis can be really good. Also this post seems really off. Scum care a lot about how they appear in the thread and this post looks like he wants to appear like a guy who just votes for a strong player with no fear or hesitation (ostensibly a townie trait). He doesn't do this as town though, looked through his last three games (all town games) and in all games those games there wasn't a single vote like this. He always has reasonable for his votes. So yea, I feel that right now Zephirdd is the right way to go. A combination of posting style and the weird Ace vote. ##Vote Zephirdd How 'bout it fellas? | ||

I'm pretty sure that "nobrainer, right?" isn't an idiom. "nobrainer" and "right?" might be but you can say "This is a nobrainer." and that means something and then you can say "This is a nobrainer, right?" and that means something entirely else. It's the difference between those two that I was focusing on that that's entirely valid. The "look at Smurf Mini Mafia" point might have been a little stretched. | ||

I don't think [UoN]Sentinel is overly scummy. I don't really think your case on him is strong. He does seem rather uninvested in the game but he did explain his WaveofShadow vote and he's prodding here and there. I don't think he's overly town but I don't think he's overly scum either. I also don't think it's characteristic for scum to martyr in the way he does. There are no feelings in it, just some very collected thoughts about how "if you want to lynch me for inactivity then do it on day1 because it will not get better", that's actually very reasonable but it's not anything scum would say and I think scum would be much more emotional about martyring. In short, I think raynpelikoneet is a bad lynch today and I really don't think we should lynch him. He's actually contributing really well considering that it appears that he really doesn't have much time for this game and the weird VayneAuthority read is not enough to make me want to lynch him. | ||

I don't see why a scum Ace would want to trade 1-for-1 with some townie that people were already throwing suspicion on. The most logical conclusion then is that he is town who got a red check. I'm not willing to dismiss a red check because of the 1/9 offchance that you're the miller. There are also some other things pointing at you being scum such as your weird Ace push yesterday and how you wanted us to lynch outside of you and Ace. Scum would obviously want that because if Ace flips town then you're dead the next day, delaying this little duel you have going will net you extra KP for another cycle which is bad. | ||

Vivax was the 4th vote for raynpelikoneet. At this time the thread was clearly turning against raynpelikoneet because the last couple of votes cast were all on raynpelikoneet. Not just this but the votes (by WaveofShadow and mkfuba07) were accompanied by analysis (and I had complimented WaveofShadow's analysis). Vivax' vote for raynpelikoneet seems rather fake, "All aboard the wagon of justice" but no analysis or anything, it's just a vote (but formatted like it's actually something else, contrast Stutters695's vote which is also just a vote and also looks like what it is). Then VayneAuthority makes a silly vote and Vivax notices this, however he does not react on it in any other way than pointing it out. Then WaveofShadow points out the exact same thing and only then does Vivax find the courage to vote for VayneAuthority. The town Vivax I remember from other games doesn't hesitate to vote for people, he just does whatever the hell he wants all the time but this is a lot more restrained. why would i even do all that as scum unless vivax is my scum buddy? you guys were lynching vivax with absolutely no discussion and i had already expressed interest in that lynch, seems like a no brainer that i'd just drop a vote on vivax and watch you guys do nothing until vivax dies. part of the reason i wrote a vivax case was also that you had requested it and because some discussion is always good. unfortunately it pretty much turned into no discussion and people h8in' on me. | ||

long story short: i liked your case, not so much mkfuba's. i just believed that rayn was really actually busy and i wanted to give him a chance because i know he's really good and can appear really townie (whatwasthatgame, Ego Mini Mafia he was really impressive in that game). it was a bad decision and next time i shouldn't be soft on someone just because he might be busy. | ||
