It's not too far of a stretch of imagination to think that scum could also have restrictions of some sort, such as they get "spam vigs" but they can only use them if people spam. Either way, there's no need to have the pseudo confirmed town put themselves in potential harms way. Everyone else can do whatever, I don't care. | ||
