So what does that mean?

First off, if BM was lying but yamato isn't, then why hasn't the real JV counterclaimed BM yet? So yea, not likely at all, IMO.

The only way BM is not JV is if him and yamato BOTH lied. Why would scum link themselves together in a lie like that? If BM ever flips anything other than JV, it outs yamato as lying. If yamato ever flips anything other than VT (and especially if he flips scum non-VT), it makes BM's claim questionable. Maybe not auto-lynch worthy (because scum yamato could have thought about the implications of lying about JV to make BM possibly look bad later but I don't find that very likely at all), but worth looking into.
