There's an inventor out there who can pick something to distribute. Either the nukes get distributed randomly or following a pattern. Maybe some of them are fake and some aren't. | ||

Btw you've thought a lot about my role why so interested in the possible effects it could have for scum? We should talk prplhz and risk not this stuff. How in the hell can you say such non-saying things: I like risk when he's around, it feels like town risk.
