OKay, I'm at an unusual impasse. I have reasons for my town reads on everyone left in the game. I'm going to lay them out and we're going to discuss them. No one is going to tell me its bad to post town reads because I have town reads on everyone and I need to talk to someone to help clear my head.

Sharrent: town-claim as pointed out by wbg/ss
EZ: logs about reads, ideas and total play. If he is scum I deserve to lose.
Imp: first vote on thrawn very similar to his usual town meta, my only qualm on this is that if I were scum with thrawn I'd have voted him as soon as possible and pushed his ass forever.
xscsk/Mocsta: green check, also as I said before his enthusiasm and general openness.
Vivax: DT claim
Yamato: miller claim
Djo: Vig claim (I have my serious doubts though)
JX: his interactions with me, he has just seemed 'right' if you understand me

So why am I wrong? why is shar scum? and no, if those chat logs were faked they were well faked over a long period of time. Not just quick insane notes like you had. There is the actual read interaction between two good players.

In my (very limited) experience as scum I would say killing good townies>killing townies with good cases though in newbie games (the only places I've ever been lucky enough to roll scum TT) th two aren't very different.

If you are checking me tonight could you not? I'd like you to get a red check instead of another green check and I'm 100% confident of my ability to not be lynched as opposed to JX if he is town. What I'm saying is a check on me is a hilarious waste.

Jay should have been scum. He was playing against what he said he would do in a town game in the future, he was playing scummy and it turns out that was because he hadn't put in any effort to improve. I thought it was because he was scum hiding in his scummy meta.

Alright. I'd appreciate if you do the same for me, you're one of the players in this game I'm not familiar with.
My reads are usually pretty good, I've never been lynched and I'd like to think people can identify my town play easily enough.
My weakness would probably be not pushing my reads hard enough/getting people on-board with me.

It's a pretty pointless post as, like you said, everyone clearly knows this already. There's not really a scum motive for it either, it doesn't earn him any townie points whatsoever. It's just pointless.

I think this post is scummy. It's lengthy and too serious in this situation. It also suggests xsksc has been lurking until he read your question. He was observing us silently.

Replying to this before I forget, at one time I thought my strength lay in being obviously townie and not in scum hunting. Over my last few games I think that has been shifting. I have been mislynched twice in a row and caught scum twice I. A row (we are ignoring lviii). I can pretty well assure you that Marv and probably Hapa will be able to read me as town. As to the other players in this game, most know me and have played with me before but I'm less sure that they'll be able to read me well.

I expect you and Marv to know I am town. If you are town because you read me right and if scum because you won't be dumb enough to read me wrong. Doesn't matter if you are town or scum I expect both of you to, within the first few days (if we are all alive) to be treating me like confirmed town.

Xsksc: look at lviii for a game where everyone had Vivax as a super town read even though he was scum. Don't be too sure of yourself based on his spotlight love. You know those Italians, they love attention (is that a real stereotype or did I just make it up?)

in response to Djo's claim. As you can see I sat down and thought about it, why didn't I counter claim? 1) it was night and no way was I counter claiming 2) two vig set-ups are possible

this is when I was thinking of shooting Yamato. In fact it was down to him/sharrent today

this is also why I was bitching at Vivax not to ccheck me, if he was an idiot and actually a multi-shot cop his check on me would be useless because it would still be either vig or sk for me so his green return wouldn't mean anything.
