The theme of this game only determines flavor, which does not affect gameplay. My Little Pony Mafia or Backdoor Sluts Mafia, it's all the same basically.

idk i've only watched like half the first season. it's alright... i wouldn't even compare it to something like breaking bad, but it's ok.
basically there are only two reasons why I watch it:
A) being reallllllly in the mood for niceness and happiness
B) being all kinds of intoxicated/stoned and wanting to enjoy the pretty colors
i've heard it gets better and slightly changes its target demographic as it goes on but so far my opinion of it is that it's a well written kid's show.

For the guy that asked about the different ponies:
Pinkie Pie: Completely random, think adhd on a colossal scale. Often appears out of nowhere, says stuff that's completely irrelevant.
Twilight Sparkle: Extremely intelligent with some antisocial characteristics, yet often breaks the stereotype by actively trying to be involved. OCD too in many episodes.
Rainbow Dash: Fucking awesome, a little thick sometimes (in an adorable way), very arrogant in a humorous way but cares about her friends.
Rarity: A bit of a slut sometimes, but mostly is extremely classy and ladylike. She's very hard to describe in a sentence, alternating between many different behaviors. Complex.
Fluttershy: Quiet to the point of being annoying. Can be "cute", but that's rare, and subjective.
Applejack: Background pony essentially.
