ShiaoPi seems uncharacteristically aggressive this game compared to what I remember from LVII. Granted he was tracker but the general demeanor is more drastic than what a simple shy blue -> confident green could account for. His throwup of all reads looks more like a defensive play rather than a frustrated one.

Well Prom, I still haven't check into the VE marv relationship that some are so excited about so that is on the to do list. Aswell as I am sure there are alot of other people I would benefit from going over their and marvs filters and I would hopefully be able to find a better case then what I can pull out of my head right now because what I can pull out of my head right now is weak and does not feel like a day 1 case to me. Which in itself isn't surprising since after day 1 I haven't scumhunted.
Regardless, right now without having done any of above scumhunting I would need to go out of the top of my head and say Kush (It was you up untill vig claim). Distruptive player, weak performance and marv didn't want to lynch him. My main concern with kush is I can't tell if kush is an actual moron or a mafia trying to save himself by acting so much like a moron in order to trick us to believe he's a moron rather then scum. If you can follow that.

My initial Mattchew case still stands - he hasn't properly addressed it and is compounded by his continuous inactivity / contribution-less posting. Furthermore the only times he pops into the thread is when his name is mentioned.

Of these 3 I think it is highly likely that at least 1 is scum. Of the people he accused I think mattchew is most likely to flip red as well. Like, I don't understand how he picked the pool (people marv was fine with lynching and defended from lynching seems to cover the whole pool) and saying that at least 1 is scum seems so prone to a string of mislynches (lynch A, flips town, oh B and C must be more likely to be scum). I'm agreeing with the mattchew read though and can understand the players he picked objectively, but yea it's scary.

I had a slight townread on kush, as one of those (unintentionally) disruptive town players. The gut feel is still there.

Problem is, this makes no sense - what would he gain from posting after the nightflip? Nothing. This isn't a lynch flip, it's an NK flip. It's as if he's suggesting a scum NK will help him make his lynch decision.

That's not the accusation...
There are boatloads of scummy things that have gone on. What you referenced was from 8 minutes before you posted. I believe the accusation is "If you were catching up, why is THIS the first thing that you notice; why did you not find anything before that?" It makes it look like you didn't really "catch up."
