Because NOW we have the mislynches to spare. Later on we won't. We either kill him tomorrow, or we don't...but if we don't and we mislynch, then that's one less mislynch to spare in case he IS town and killing him is a mislynch. We have to have an extra mislynch in case he's town.

Obviously you look town now. I was thinking that either you or probulous was scum day 2, but not both of you.
As to who I would lynch right now I'm not sure, but I would take a look at Tobon for not being on the day 1 lynch. I find it more likely that the remaining mafia bussed their teammate on day 2 than on day 1 as I think everyone else in day 2 who weren't on probulous are town.

I'd voted Jackal earlier on day 1, and was perfectly willing to switch back to him at the end of the day - I was here and waiting to do just that, should it become necessary. (Lynch preferred to no-lynch and all that idea, that got me into so much trouble initially.) I thought it was more interesting to see what would happen with 7 voters and the temptation to change at the last minute, rather than me making it 8 beforehand.
Stick with the obvious move and lynch Nemesis next. :-)
