Pretty good day for me, shot up a lot of places but still quite behind point-wise the CJ-heavy teams. SKT does have a game in hand though, hope that pays off. But Effort and Hydra winning and playing in all their matches is a huge boon to those who have them. I personally should have had more faith and taken Rain along with Best, but I decided I wanted a few 6-pointers instead, who haven't paid off as handsomely.

I agree that gaining points when anti-team players lose would be more interesting, but I would have picked an entirely different anti-team if that was the rule.

Actually, all the current 0-point antiteams are either pure KT, or KT-STX mixes. The funny thing though is that the worst anti-teams out there aren't even ones by players who picked them intentionally to lose (Flash/Bisu/JD).

I agree, but there are other problems** as well, such as players getting points for team wins. I have Hyuk on my anti team and he hasn't even played a game this season, yet he's still worth 2 points cause SKT keeps winning convincingly.

**Not that it is a problem per se, but it's just how the system works.

I made this same mistake last year; I picked 6 decent players and Ace. But the reward:cost ratio for teams like CJ and SKT is so high it's ridiculous. Oh well.

Yeah. Teams can earn up to 6 points per match, and only cost 5 for the best teams. And if you consider that they could possibly lose 2 points as well, it's a variance of up to 8 when picking a good team.

Players can earn up to 4.333 points per match, and cost up to 10 for the best players. You want to buy the best team you can...and it's even more skewed this FPL round than the previous one.

I had really hoped to be able to trade CJ off for SKT this week. Unfortunately because of that game in hand SKT actually had a higher trade value than CJ. I didn't expect that, but oh well.

I did however trade effort for Best. Best should get 2 games this week, and if he pulls off two wins it will be worth it. Otherwise I'm in trouble.
