It would be very easy for scum to abide by the "three post a day" criteria if they wanted to... I just don't think it would be that effective, because just based on the sheer number of new people, and the ratio of scum-to-townie, there are inevitably going to be a lot of townies in the lurker list, and wasting town KPs on them would only make it easier for the scum...

Guys we need to stay focused on the first day and look for scummy posts, ive just caught up on the thread and it seems the past few pages have been pointless arguing about policy/stuff not game related. arguments about new people such as myself being afraid to post should not matter. the goal of today should be to set a good tone through everyone's posting so that new people are not afraid to post as long as they contribute.

I disagree policy is very game-related and is as good a place as any to start discussion when we obviously can't have reads on anyone, and you're right contributing is important, you know what is not contributing? While Lurkers do hurt the overall town agenda in my opinion I feel like our main goal should be focus on finding mafia(cult). If by the end of the day we cannot agree on a lynch, then i believe we should eliminate a lurker. Early on however, we need to use our 1 (very difficult) lynch per day to eliminate people with a good scum read. I feel using vig shots on Lurkers would be a terrible waste without additional proof. I am indifferent towards making a Lurker list, but fail to see any harm it would cause.
