I think its protown just cause. the mods werent kidding when each role had something special added in their role and Vanilla townie is more special than being called a plain townie.
Also, chaos13 made a pretty sad excuse about how that isnt a legible reason for not being townie. Coag could NOT have guessed it would have been Vanilla Townie

Now then, through my inexistent humble insight, i believe the other two mafia are well experienced players. Why? well, 1 of them is the Godfather which is GOING to be top tier in the mafia. The Goon that is left is most likely experienced because of the Mafia META.
You would never put more newbies that experienced players in the mafia due to heavy imbalance.
