i think the main problem people are having is they are dissociated with the map because its so big.
also it doesnt help that you can only pm people in areas with you
but you have no idea where anyone is.
yet if you try to initiate contact by talking in thread you leave yourself completely vulnerable to anyone who sees where your planning on meeting up at.

this is a good concept but needs a little refinement.

i still cant believe i managed to get myself killed.
i told everyone in thread i was moving south But actually sent orders to move NORTH.
for some reason i started thinking i actually moved south.
was pretty confused when i got killed.

Also, you can't just convert things to binary, you have to take it a step further every time. Eventually, no one will be able to keep up except for two people. Then you have a private line of comunication between each other.

Better: if you can PM people, then give them a decription key, and then when you move away from them you just encode your messages and post them on the main forum. Come on people, be creative. I'm positive there are ways that you can bend this to your advantage.

For instance, take the first six chars of the first PM you ever sent that person, then use that as a encryption key. Information was transmitted by radio during the war, it's not like people couldn't listen in, they just couldn't understand it. Same thing with public forums.
