LOL. I want to play.
Also, thank god JS wasn't town. That would have been really harsh. *massive sigh of relief*

Ok, so. Let's keep this ball moving. Townies can't do night actions obviously, but we can publicly advise those that do. So just to start, I'm in favor of the DT checking Radfield, and the Vig hitting YM.
I am fully aware that I'm not the best person to suggest these things, so would those who are, please step up and give whatever knowledge you feel is safe to put in public out there for the Vig?

Ok, so we need to stay focused after these losses.
The most important item, as usual is the lynch. We should try hard to hit the GF to lower the KP of the Mafia. The two highest suspects for Elder are YoungMinii, and Radfield. Of the two, I think that Youngminii is a stronger lynch. I'll try to get my case for Youngminii and Radfield up, and I'd like it if you would all work on a strong analysis of the two of them. Please, people. This is an important day.
I'm calling out to all you veterans, people who have played before: Please help in the analysis of these two players. Some of you have played with them before. This gives you a much easier time spotting their alignment.
Annul. I'm calling you out specifically. I know you are board, and are uninterested in this game atm. You said that if you survived till later you'd step up and do your part. Now is the time. I need your expertise in this matter. What have you to say?
Lastly, don't lose hope. Games can be won without DT's. Sure, it makes it harder because we don't get info handed to us on a platter, but analysis is effective. Use it. Right now it's 11 to 4. Maybe even less if there are more CE's. Definitely winnable. But not if we all sit back and let someone else do the analysis for us.

Also, goodbye Panda, DrH, and Artanis. I will do my best to avenge. >

you say its 11-4 right? give me a list of remaining players and claimed roles (do it in IRC if you must) Is it wise to release the claim list to just anyone because they ask for it? Most of the blues are dead, but there are still vigs and vet's identities that should keep secret. You can still do behavioral analysis without it correct? I've got studying for finals to do too, but I'll try to get out at least one or two posts sometime tomorrow.
No it is not wise to release the claims list to everyone. Agreed. DrH guarded this information, and so will I. However, I strongly believe that Annul is town, and will give him what little information I feel safe giving him.
And yes, behavioral analysis can be done without. I won't be making this info public.

EBWODP: To be clear, "Behavioral analysis can be done, without role-claims"

Youngminii is good enough to be active and draw a hit, yet has played like he's a detective(or red) instead of like a vet.
The other pressing issue in my mind is this: Obviously the town circle is breached. First the hidden medic, and then the hidden Detective. Dr H and Amber are both dead. This leaves a big giant hole in the town circle, with only one person remaining: Southrawrea. My question is why is he still alive?? Everyone knew he was in the circle, so why is he still standing? Why kill Pandain and not him?
Any thoughts on this SR?
Fistly, yes, I would like to hear more from SR.
Secondly, If SR was mafia, why did the mafia hit two medics, and a townie? It'd be much better to hit the DT that he was in obvious contact with, right?

I agree that Radfield is the next best lynch. Sorry if I missed this being mentioned, but here's another point against him:
Day 3 started with a bandwagon on Radfield. This was later switched over to Jimbosilvers, who was scum. If Radfield is town, he seems like a very easy counter-bandwagon. Why didn't the mafia push for Radfield's lynch, to save JS? It doesn't make sense if Rad is town. Radfield is Mafia.
But. Let's keep todays lynch on Youngminii. Radfield will get his turn.
|
Ok, so. In my short time as "leader" I've managed to push for, and bandwagon a vet. Brilliant. Chances are I'll die tonight, so here's my "goodbye" post:
I'm passing the mantel on to jvcarlsoniv. I trust him, and despite his inactive nature, I think that he will act with the town's best interests in mind.
Radfield still looks like scum to me. But the MH has a bomb on him. If he is lynched, the bomb is wasted. Keep this in mind for tomorrows lynch.
I've tried to pass on all info I had on to people I trust. Good luck town.
Then again, I might be alive in a few minutes. But we'll deal with that when we get there.

Ah well, I was always a sucker for people that look me in the eye while pulling out bats. It was bound to happen. Thanks for the game thus far all. I've learned alot, sorry for been a noob.
GL town.

Yeah, i think that this game will be quoted as a textbook example of how town circles can go wrong. I think that the mafia got a little lucky with the GF being DT checked day one, but they still deserved the win. Regardless of how badly the town played (yeah, me too), I think that the mafia did a decent job. Well played.
GG.

Lol WUT? I never knew that SR claimed Vet. I think that i'd have been much more suspicious of his play for the same reasons that I was suspicious of YM's play... Whatever, hindsight is 20/20. I think that I want to play a no-pm normal game after this.
