Don't know about DC, but DrH is very unlikely to be mafia. He is the first one to accuse Pandain, if it weren't for him, Pandain would not be in danger on day3. So him switching his vote to coag proves he is not mafia.

i decided earlier today that if i got home before the day cycle ended, i would write a message in huge font telling kenpachi to make sure he voted for whoever won... but i got home late by just a few minutes i think
