Basically you had a bad tone in the game, didn't read the rules, and were a generally abrasive player. Those facts are just annoying to deal with as both a player and a host. I will not however say that had much/any baring on your warnings or subsequent modkill.
What you did get WARNED for TWICE was quadruple posting and spamming overall. It was completely excessive. Personally I don't care what you guys decide to do, I am giving my perspective on things. I think it was a bunch of MINOR shit that he did this game, but it added up to this. Whatever the majority decides on his fate I will go with.
I'm not entirely sure I agree with Barundar getting a ban because of the circumstances surrounding what happened with him (he was being harassed by another player to the point where he didn't want to play with that player any more).
My other post made my point of view with BM clear I think.

2) vote counts were commonly off, even the last vote count had GMarshal voting twice
3) RoL changed the setup mid game
a. this ended up giving the mafia more KP than they deserved
b. this put the town into a WIFOM spiral for an entire day cycle
4) The OP was commonly unupdated, making people who are considered "good" here believe people were alive who weren't. I will quote LSB doing this, for example, if people don't believe me.
With 11 left, the op contained 16 alive players, for instance. It may be updated now, but after what, a week?

I feel bad for Meapak somewhat, though he isn't clear either. His "confirming" LSB ruined the game way more than any words I said!

Lol you ungrateful little shit. I was the only host willing to allow you into my game for the normal set ups. And yes, maybe I don't update every single thing every moment it happens. Unlike you we aren't all 16 year old douches who act like pricks in games of mafia. I am taking 16 credits this semester, I also work 25 hours a week. My school is an hour commute. So excuse me if I have other shit going on in my life that doesn't allow me to write the day posts and update shit on time.
Meapak didn't mind writing the day posts and unfortunately because of my new job I get home well past 10pm quite often. The same with school. I didn't know this at the time of setting the day posts.

I would just like to point out something i saw that might help you. I know i am new and i dont know much and i am not very good.
Most people new it was BM. Even I who had never played and had only read one previous Mafia Game knew it was him. The first quote says says that "That way he can play without other people aggravating the situation" The truth is people knew and were aggrivating the situation.
I feel that he has treated me with respect and has made me want to play more mafia games after this.
But this is just what i have read and seen.

I am not 16, and I don't mean to act like a prick. Could you show me where I did that in your game? If I did it, and you can't count me playing with LSB or Jackal, I showed them way more respect than they showed me.
Being punctual wasn't really the bulk of my argument, but generally I find people making excuses to be scummy. I'm glad you also admit that you put your duties on your backup mod. Do you agree your backup mod made a mistake with the LSB confirmation?

Most people only knew who he was because of the way he was playing. Which was abrasive and unfriendly. Look at how he's handling his modkill. He's blaming it on everyone except himself. I've actually spoken with RoL throughout the game on AIM about BM and I've found him to be pretty much the only person (from what I perceived in the forum) to even want to give him a second chance and even suffering a lot of the complaints about BM just to see how the cards would fall in the end. I guess this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

BM I have no idea who you are. The whole fiasco that happened with you was before my time here in the mafia forum. When RoL asked me (or I asked him I don’t remember how exactly) to cohost, I was made aware that you were playing and that an eye should be kept on you given your past history. I went back and looked at your previous games to know what to watch for. You spammed A LOT in the past and you picked fights with people. It’s simple really, you didn’t change. You spammed this game and you fought with people. If you were a normal player who didn’t have the history you do, you’d have gotten a warning that would be the end of it. But you aren’t a normal player. You received a 2 day TL ban for your actions last game. You continued to display those very same traits that got you banned last game in this game. Basically this seems pretty straight forward to me, you were allowed to play under strict circumstances and you violated those circumstances.
This would be all but what irks me is you have the gumption to come into this thread and bitch about the hosting. As RoL has already stated, he’s busy. He doesn’t always have time to tally up the votes or always make the day posts. But I wanted to do the posts, this is my first game cohosting so I wanted to learn how to host. What I’ve learned is that it’s a TON of work, have I made mistakes? Yes, and I apologize to the players who I affected because in an ideal world a host is simply a vehicle who makes the game possible but is otherwise invisible. However mistakes happen, I’m fine if Qatol or Ver or Ace decided to send me a PM and tell me to tighten up, they have impeccable reputations and if they feel I’m making to many mistakes then they have more than a right to criticize what I’m doing. You on the other hand are in this game because RoL is a chill dude and is willing to let past transgressions slide in hopes to give someone a new start, and because I’ve never played with you and so I have no prior bias in this case.
I’ll briefly address the whole Jackal thing. Was he slightly more aggressive? Maybe, but here’s the problem, he doesn’t have the history. You were specifically warned to be on your best behavior and you get into not one, but two fights. I sent warning PM’s to both you and Jackal. At this point I was still willing to let you live and discuss you behavior after the game. However your response really sent me over the edge. Jackal said something to the affect of “sorry, I was pissed, I’m going to bed now.” You replied with something like “oh lol you already warned me.” You know what? That pissed me off, that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. RoL and I had already been talking about you on AIM and he wasn’t happy with what was going on but when I got that PM I realized you really didn’t care about your second chance and really didn’t give a shit about the whole forum etiquette in general. I discussed it with RoL and we pulled the trigger. Don’t worry, we’re talking about Jackal because his behavior was out of line as well, however he’s not someone who knew he was on probation this game and therefore isn’t held to the same standard.
BM you have no place to come here and complain. You were lucky to have a second chance; you got it and blew it. Now stop playing martyr.

RoL being chill is not indicative of whether or not his decision is credible.
I don't feel I blew anything, nor that I was hostile. I do not feel like I displayed the same traits, and if you feel like I did, I doubt you read Haunted Mafia or any of my previous games where I blew up on people. I did not blow up here whatsoever.

I don't think anyone could of said it better than meapak just did. BM you are missing the point. He sent you a warning for the jackal transgression, that warning was turned into a ban. It wasn't your actions after the warning. Get it? We discussed what happened with some other hosts and decided that you blew it.
Believe it or not BM, I do not claim to be perfect. Yes, mistakes were made this game but I did the best I could to try to rectify them. You may feel the extra KP addition on Day 2 was wrong, but it was the result of a mistake that I tried to fix. It was stupid and I should of implemented it differently. However I had to stick to my word once it had been given. The reason that mistake happened in the first place was because I fucked up and wasn't home in time to send out the role PM's and didn't give meapak proper direction. Hes new to hosting and hes doing an awesome job. Yes I gave him a bunch of work to do in regards to posting the day posts, but go ahead and read Salem. As a cohost I did the same amount of work hes doing now. I didn't expect him to do anything I wouldn't do.
Unfortunately lacking experience sucks, you answer a question without thinking it through completely. In Salem I did the same thing, I accidentally confirmed a mad hatter to two townies through a mistake I made. Meapak made the same mistake with LSB, but I would never hold it against him. Its his first time moderating and as far as I am concerned hes doing an impeccable job.
Oh and about a couple of miscounts. Sometimes I knew errors were there but that it didn't change the actual outcome. But most of the time it gets hard when you are counting posts tabbing back and forth trying to remember if 30 names have already cast a vote just in case they forgot to put "Unvote". It sucks, but never effected the game. Either way, whatever qualms you have with my hosting abilities, or the duties I push on to my cohost is completely irrelevant to the shit you did.
If I had half the motivation I would go through the thread and post the insane amount of absolutely retarded assholish shit you said, the annoying arrogance, and every little piece of you that makes you a completely unbearable human being. But the truth is you just aren't worth the time. Half the time you didn't even read the fucking rules and just started spouting off about how fucking great you are when you don't have the slightest fucking idea of how to play this game. I swear to god you were INSISTING day 1 that the only way to play mafia is to confirm a blue then create a circle around them. EVEN THOUGH I directly stated that this game is designed to fucking punish that, and punish it viciously. The same could be said even now before your mod kill. You were advocating a NO LYNCH which just doesn't exist in this game and if you were to read the rules you would know that.
