Hong Kong used to be a British colony, but even back then, a lot of people struggled with learning English. Everyone there can understand a very basic level of English, but it would take some people quite a while to form proper grammatical sentences. We saw that Tabe (also from HK) for example, was able to speak English with minimal difficulty. But it may not be the same for Toyz. | ||
