Cool's answers have been pretty detailed all things considered and the Chinese translator is also very good

Yep, they started very recently. There was an April Fool's where they said HSC was switching to HS and LoL, but the LoL part wasn't completely wrong as they've now hired LoL guys and will also broadcast the LCS in German.
