thats why there is no power creep in this game, its actually the opposite since all they do is nerf. A lot of deadbeat picks coming back now that everyone is on their level.

imagine them not nerfing all the healing and instead BUFFING items like morello's and executioner's for better counterplay? nope too hard for their design team

also barrier/heal literally make no sense in their present forms, heal needs a longer cd if it's going to be that much stronger.
