innox still got a lot of growth to go, he's just not suited for tank meta. He wouldn't be such a liability if he could play standard tops with mediocre success, and had solid pocket picks (like jax/nidalee/grags)

And Coast without Shiphtur AND Spartan performing in same time is just Velocity level, that's how it is.
