Well I think he is most likely 3rd but that's only because everyone else is so bad. If there were good consistent junglers in NA I doubt TOO would be considered top of the pile. It's far more a result of how weak everyone else is.

It's something to do with flashing right as shen teleports on to his target. He was probably trying to flash as he teleported, and it screwed him over. I don't think you can call it a bug because the flash goes off before the teleport finishes, and so it "cancels". It shouldn't happen if the player isn't trying to spam flash before he teleports. In this case, probably nien was doing that because he doesn't play shen often.

He really hasn't been that good this split though. He's had a bunch of games where he hasn't been that relevant or fed pretty hard.

It should be XDG because that team is too huge a mess. The players need to be set free. At the moment, I don't even know why the majority of the players are still playing for that team.

This is also true, but TOO still far ahead of most of the other junglers. IWDominate might be a close 4th but he's also had some pretty bad games.
