I also like Mundo, as a champion. I think the reason this “meta” is particularly boring is because all the popular champs are almost the same. They are manaless, they have a move that is a “circle” around them that pushes the lane, they splitpush safetly, and in teamfights they mostly do incidental damage while absorbing damage is their primary function. Also, Rengar being universally disabled means that its more of a 3-man rotation than a 4-man rotation. And he is a little bit different of a playstyle compared to Mundo, Shy, Renekton (whos only difference is really when they are strongest, and mundo’s skillshot). If we only had 3-4 strong champs but it was like: Singed, Jax, Renekton, Lissandra then people would be more interested. Right now they are all too similar. Right now its like if midlane was dominated by Galio, Gragas, and Morgana.

Last I heard it was only a rumor when Kespa decided to back League. It's not on the list of upcoming events on leaguepedia, but that section on extends through the end of the month atm. A quick google search under proleague "league of legends" gives no high visibility results.

This isn't correct, they still have 2/3 of their old coaches. Only the dancing coach was cut by Samsung (replaced it seems) and stayed with the MVP SC2 and dota team, the other younger guy (the one who cried at Spring ceremony) and the MVP founder and head coach were taken by Samsung. However the dancing coach is still coming to their matches and supporting them in the booth from time to time.

LD tried to sell their spot, but failed and players talked bad about their management or was that NIP players and now NIP disqualified from their promotion match? It's such a cluster poop its kind of confusing to understand. Wrong place to ask. However, LD didn't get their paperwork in on time and got disqualified from LCS. Riot decided to let the relegated teams and the amateur teams that failed to qualify to round robin for the last spot. NiP failed to get their tournament clients updated in time. After exhausting extended time that came with ban penalties, they were disqualified.

It could just be a rumor, but my guess is they are waiting till the finish of Kespa stadium, which has been confirmed to be under construction.

By the sounds of it, the studio at the CJ E&M Center seems to be nearly done or done already, as it's been mentioned that this will be the last season of Champions at the Yongsan studio. My estimate is that it will be unveiled in late February/early March.

It has been apparent that the studio was becoming much too small, though. It's cool if you hear these stories about people lining up since 5 am to get a seat and it gets romanticized to the outsider, but I'm sure it isn't that nice for the attendees.

If it is only a bo3 per match with a league format this will add nothing new/exciting. League's tournament format is really screwed over by Bo3s taking a longer than SC2's Bo5s in most cases. It pretty much sticks you with the LCS format unless the round robin is either very long or very frequent.
