If their jungler has a chance to smitesteal, at the end of the day it mostly comes down to luck whether he steals it or not, and even if it's more like 80/20 it's still leaving it to chance, which you don't want to do unless you have to. English isn't a language you can take that literally most of the time :p | ||

If you can't land your skills and can't use your active items properly, these things doesn't really matter. Don't know what's up with Peke, should've went with chalice first, if he feels more comfortable that way. | ||
