I don't practice with pro teams, so what? I'm forcing the guy who beat me to be better than me, and that guy above me would force the guy beating him to be better than he is. I might not be the best, or the 10000th best, but you know what? I make it so that all those who passed me has to be better than i am at the game. I, and other who plays the game, provides the competition that would produce the talent on stage we have today. I, and 99.9999999% of the ppl in the NA, might be simply stepping stones for the pros, but we make that road to the top together.
You would notice when there's a strong following of a game or a sport in a country, that country would produce talents in better quality and quantity than countries with a weak base. Talent can be made. Vulcun is here today because everyone below that team is wanting to take that spot.
