I agree. It's just at this exact moment and time, he can't. People saying he should pick Jayce anyways is beyond terrible advice. It's better to play a "weaker" champion that you are comfortable with than playing a "stronger" champion that you aren't.

That would mean YOU would be banning it 100% of the time because you lack of person on your team able to play him and thus can't really afford to give it up unless the team as the same situation(See Dig). It's limiting your draft phase when it doesn't have to. Jayce has been around for months now and been super strong for a very long time so not able capable of using him just isn't an excuse for a pro gamer in the LCS.
edit: To above yes I agree there too. It's just a case of Dig being just as irresponsible a team so this game they get away with it. Dig is actually one of the worst offenders of this but their terrible decision making often eclipses this huge weakness.

Shen cannot use Stand United while Paranoia is active, and if Paranoia is cast while Stand United is being channelled it will be interrupted and Shen will not teleport to the target (the target will still be shielded by the effect).
Sounds like it's a global disable.
