I get that there was an idea behind the whole comp, but it really feels like they gave themselves at best a 50/50 chance to win this game, which really isn't what you want to do when you need to pick up some wins.

I wonder how the breakdown looks like in KR. I imagine they have more time to scrim because a lot of their teams have multiple coaches and analysts. Ozone does roughly the same amount of scrimming as NA teams.

They didn't even try to think about how they might get counter-picked, or respond to Vulcun's picks. It was xin-annie-zilean from the start, no matter what Vulcun did. I get that there was an idea behind the whole comp, but it really feels like they gave themselves at best a 50/50 chance to win this game, which really isn't what you want to do when you need to pick up some wins. It just shows you again that many NA teams has no idea how to pick/ban. TSM was, and still sometimes is, guilty of this. They went in with a set strat, which is rare for them to begin with, and then got obliterated when the other team counterpicked them.

Ozone does roughly the same amount of scrimming as NA teams. I imagine they have a better infrastructure of coaches and analysts is a real help to let them focus on scrimming more. Like most have coaches but no dedicated analysts (Some exceptions such as C9 or monte's mystery team) On July 12 2013 05:58 Letmelose wrote: Which champions is Meteos famous for? Zac? I mean koreans are known to grind out games in every game they play but I think it'd be interesting if they also go for the low-scrim route.

While teams like CLG do it for streams and dig trolls solo queue.
