I get the appeal of stealth ball delivery but I dunno I feel like J4 could accomplish an ori/shen delivery system just as well and have more use early game and beyond that.

In all seriousness though what team would realistically pick up Nrated? He's the reason I mained Leona for a solid 2 months so I can't really be a fan of Fnatic without him.

Vlad? Unless you can all-in and run him over early Shen tends to get dominated from what I've seen/experienced. I've also been told that Ryze with Sapphire Crystal start is really good vs Shen but can't say I know anything about that myself
