EPTVayne is not THAT good late game if they ennemy team has lots of guaranteed CC and mid-range casters. JAS has both, so I don't really see Vayne being much a threat late game, Ryze/Nami should be able to shut her down, especially given how useless J4 is atm (33cs at 28 minutes, that's what I call dedication to getting buttfucked as a jungler).
