I would say KT threw game 3 much more than blaze won it, reminded me of NA games.

KTB did throw but I feel like it discredits Blaze too much. Overall, I felt like KTB won champ select every game except game 2.

Insec diving at the nexus for no reason loses them the opportunity to immediately end the game and later gets caught out repeatedly, giving Blaze free map control or objectives, ultimately leading to them winning the game. Really disappointed with Insec's play that match

with blaze dead, i kinda want to see shield make the semis. i like loco, think their new line-up is lots of fun, and they have tons of potential.
A KT vs. SKT final on Gwangali Beach for the summer finals would also be pretty fucking awesome, too.

when will ogn switch to 3.10?

will there be any VODS for blaze vs KTB except the subscription?

The only champ I didn't like from KTB's draft in game 3 was lissandra. It was impossible for Insec to punish Flame's Vlad. Everything else was a great pick against that team.

Game 1 was a Blaze throw; Game 2 was Blaze playing better; Game 3 was a massive Bullets throw; Game 4 was Bullets playing better; Game 5 was Bullets straight out being better tactically than Blaze.
Still can't believe they fucking lost to the Roaming Zed for the second straight season. Now expect Blaze to make the finals of the Korean Regionals, get to blind pick, and then have whomever they're facing pick Tank/Elise/Zed.

Maybe next week? I could see them staying on 3.9 all the way to finals though.

The problem with CJ Entus Blaze.
They have two world-class top-laner and mid-laner in Flame, and Ambition. In order to play to their strengths, due to Helios's lackluster map reading ability and Cpt Jack's notoriously weak laning phase, CJ Entus Blaze usually does the following.
1) Switch lanes so that Cpt Jack does not have to lane against superior laners who can snowball their advantage. Being uncomfortable with standard laning situations makes you predictable, and strategically inflexible.
2) Limit Helios' movement (which is erratic to put it kindly) to mostly covering for the solo-laner put into a one-versus-two lane. His "covering" style with Lee Sin has seen much success. It's not that his mechanics are poor, so once Helios has a lay-out of what to do during the early game, it allows him to stay relevant in the game.
3) Limitations of the champion pool played by Flame, and Ambition: Both these guys have good flexibility, but often end up convincing themselves that they have to play champions with a high carrying potential such as Jayce, Vladimir, and Karthus. Ambition's strength has never been roaming, but he has to switch it up, because Flame's champion pool is severely limited by the nature of the top lane (notice how KT Rolster Bullets banned him out by cutting off champions that have high carrying potential), and Ambition's lane-centric style, as solid as it is, is not threatening enough against competent laners.
4) CJ Entus Blaze believe that they have "optimized" their weaknesses by carving out a manual that is "perfect" for their set of players, but what they have actually done is limit themselves to playing a single style of play that has been figured out, and WILL be abused by teams that are of a high enough calibre. CJ Entus Blaze is the best at what they do, but ultimately, if you are a one trick pony that has no answers to counter-plays that has been developed specifically for you, people won't be stupid to let you get away with it. It's kind of like how Counter Logic Gaming was fixed in their ways, claiming that their style of play was "optimized" for the deficiencies of HotshotGG, and taylored for the strengths of Doublelift. It doesn't matter how good a particular style of play suits the players, if their opponents are good enough to smash it to the ground.
As for CJ Entus Frost versus Najin White Shield, we have two teams whose strengths does not overlap. Najin White Shield has a great laning phase, which leads to a good early game, but has had problems building on their initial momentum in the past. CJ Entus Frost is another team that has limitations due to their inflexible style of play, but has managed to "hide" it due to their high calibre laners adapting to a passive jungler, great team fighting, and overall game management that complements CloudTemplar's limited style of jungling. It will be a question of whether Najin White Shield can gain a large enough advantage during the early game (which I think will happen), and also whether they have improved enough to capitalize on that (not so sure on this point).

Sorry, I haven't been following OGN too much recently. I watched Blaze vs KTB last night, but is there another playoff match tonight as well?

I still remember when WoL released a patch late in the first GSL, and since there's no offline/LAN mode it instantly applied to all tournaments. Fruitdealer pretty much abused an ultra hit box bug from that patch to win what seemed like an impossible game. It got hotfixed immediately after. Good times.

I take back my 70/30 for SKT/Falcons. After looking through stats, their games, and their opponents, they have the worst statistics of any of the teams in the Ro8. Their group is starting to look very weak with Xenics Blast losing 2-1 to an amateur team, Must Study Hard, in the NLB and then Storm getting 2-0'ed by the Stealths. The only games where the Falcons played a top caliber team was Ozone and they got completely embarrassed.
Raven and StarLast might be one of the worst bot lanes in Champions, and they have to go up against one of the best. Falcons are very aggressive -- somewhat like SKT -- but are a lot less tamed and coordinated in their dives. I'm starting to think it could be a very ugly 3-0 if things don't change.
I'm feeling a 3-2/3-1 for Shield. I'm really getting on the hipster bandwagon. I really like their team.

Random but I'm disappoint in Flame game 2 when he picked Vandal Vlad skin. Easily the worst skin he has.
Marquis Vlad and base skin only one's I acknowledge.
