Picking an early mid-malphite is just stupid, because you can run into a doubleap comp. And then ur malph gets far worse. Sk just lost this in picks and bans. picking malph vs doubleap (and ez does also quite some magic dmg), giving Aranae one of his comfort picks (lee sin) giving up thresh (probalby strongest support atm) and giving ForllenLord TF and last but not least giving Creaton on his most played champ ezreal.. ATN got evrything they wanted and got a perfect comp to counter SKs.

Am I the only one thinking, that midmalphite vs doubleap + giving Forellenlord TF is just stupid?

Well, that build is actually very smart in this situation. Pity they are so far behind and getting outplayed.

I'd have gone for Abbysal instead of that Needlesly Large Rod tho.

Nope you are completely right. Picks/bans from SK were stupid as fuck. There was a reason EG picked Malph last yesterday.

Why does SK keep Ocelote on the team... I usually try not to be too harsh on bad performances but for the whole first split he would constantly lose lane until Hryqbot started camping his lane 24/7, and from SK's past matches from this split he's lost tower to a Flash/TP Ahri and died 1v1 to a Flash/TP Malph when he had ignite... and from that last game he had no presence with the TP and had terrible decision making throughout that game eg. with that first TF ulti where he could've easily gotten away. Do the SK team and management really value his popularity so much so that they'd rather lose games?

I don't post much but felt the need to rant. Now I feel much better.

Not sure if this question is meant serious, but yes of course they do. Ocelote is SK LoL. You cant seperate that.

Besides Ocelote acknowledges himself that he is in bad form atm. Most players have ups and downs.

There was an interview with the Owner/CEO of SK.

One question was which player is most popular and most valuebal for the team. The answer was ocelote even tho MC is on the team.

Ocelote brings SK a lot of money and fame and so he has to stay on the team^^

And last game it was less ocelote performance that was the problem. The game just got compeltly lost in picks and bans. Picking an early malph mid is very bad, because you can run into double ap and you are far worse. A late malph mid pick against double ad (or ad mid tank top) is beastly tho. EG did it right vs Gambit and lastpicked malph and countert Gambit pretty good with it. SK did it wrong, earlypicked malph and countert themselves.

So SK just picked and banned poorly and had only little odds of winning teamcompwise.
