Muted stream already and was listening to exactly that one ^^ haha.
And i would 100% agree Shikyo, also that's part of why i believe EG is kinda sucking so hard, they got a nice EG contract + LCS salary. They seem content to just stick around instead of trying to improve.
Outside of LCS ppl struggle for sponsors and teams. Those that do form teams work there ass of trying to get into LCS, for there is little else out there to aim for.

The LCS format doesn't encourage teams to win in the first few weeks, so they have no reason to scramble and practice. All they have to do is practice hard enough during the season to not be 7th, 8th, or lose their playoff games. These games during week 1 are meaningless in terms of impact on a player's career

They were scheduled to team practise the last 2 weeks before the season started. But hats exactly when they learned that they needed to get visas for Moscow. They immediately flew to their home countries to get them. Because of several complications that took its time, afaik Wickd still doesnt have his visa. While they generally dont work as hard as they should, this one was really not their fault.
+ Show Spoiler + Wickd on FB:
Ok guys so I feel the need to give you another update regarding Week 2 LCS in Moscow because i'm not sure if I can make it.
Friday I had to travel to Denmark in order to fix my Visa for Russia. Prior to that we had a 2 weeks vacation and could easily have done our visa's during that if Riot had informed us properly in time.
I arrived in Denmark and planned on going straight to the Embassy so I could fix the Visa, but Riot hadn't given us all the information needed. We got the information over the weekend and weren't able to apply before Monday due to Visa centers being closed on weekends. Froggen and I went there Monday at around 13, but didn't get in because we couldn't book a time and it was full of people. Tuesday we went there at 9:30 and at 15:00 we finally got in. They declined my visa due to my passport not being in good enough condition for them.
Prior to all this a few months ago I had been at the danish community service and asked if I needed a new passport because of the condition and they said "No it's totally fine don't worry about it." Also my passport have worked everywhere so I had no reason to think about it.
After my visa was declined I went straight to the danish community service in copenhagen and asked "WTF is up you told me my passport was fine and what do I do" They said the passport is fine, but doesn't matter if the Russian embassy won't take it. They told me to come back tomorrow at 10 and see if I can get some special express pas that takes 2 hours, but it's really hard to get and we have to call the police for that.
Ow well wish me good luck guys.
