I know that Phreak just pointed it out. But Turtle's Varus skilling is really weird. Q>W>E skill order. I guess so he can poke a bit as well as give them wave clear.

E is really only useful to level up fast if you are in a 2v2 lane.

E goes from a 25% slow to a 45% slow. Even in a 2v1 lane it's about as good for fast pushing and it's far more reliable to proc your W.

I'm pretty sure his skill order is completely dependent on the fact that they're against a poke comp. Or maybe he just skills Varus weird.
