Question was "do you think you're stronger than some of the teams in the LCS?" and he just gave the perfect answer: that on the day of the qualifier clearly they were not strong enough and that everyone who is in the LCS deserves to be there. Thumbs up for that kind of humility.

EG feels very, very off and history has shown that they are a team that really needs the practice Yet they keep buying talent and keep going the same path for years, with all that sponsorship i guess it works out for the management. They gotta be doing something right, it's impressive in a way.

I bet that financially they have been one of the most well-off foreign team around even though their results in EVERY GAME has been subpar given the talent they had. But they get screen time, and that get sponsors paying.

Seems like Froggen just heavily dislikes Vi because she can shut down so easily, they ban it against every team not even knowing if that team plays it, giving Cloudtemplar is beloved shen.. Frost not scared about FroggAniva On March 07 2013 20:00 Itsmedudeman wrote: I have a question. Why do teams like TPA and WE never go to these events? It's been such a long time since we got to see those teams in global major tournaments and WE is by far my favorite team. They didn't attend any IEM stops, which are basically qualifier for this WOrld championship, no invites. Also it's significantly harder for chinese teams to get Visa for Eu/Na events than it is for koreans.

On a side note, does anyone know whay the NA teams stopped attending the IEM tournaments? Last year TSM, CLG and Dig played the world championship.
