Shen popped his red pot in lane and chunked Olaf down, forcing him b. He farmed up the lane alone and bought a giants belt. Olaf started maxing E to combat the huge health gain of Shen with red pot + giants belt, but by then dragon was coming back up so he left lane (no tp) to help out. Olaf only had mercs and a ruby crystal and ran away from the dragon fight with little health, while Shen got the double kill. That's how Shen is that far ahead.
