The one team I think CLG.NA can not beat under any circumstance is WE. WE is like CLG with a better bot lane (double and WX are somewhat even but support isn't even close) and better mid lane. They have a poor record against them historically. That being said, I think CLG.EU actually matches up pretty well with WE. I feel like CLG.EU does better against asian teams than M5/TSM/whoever because they are very confident playing from behind. Asian teams greatest strength is getting early advantage through out-CSing and killing towers. Asian teams in general biggest weakness is they like to throw games which is how CLG.EU usually wins.. survive early game then wait for opponent to make mistakes.

They're good if you're a Fnatic fan since they've been considered a free win this tourney. ?? i don't think anybody who has been following LoL much in the past couple of weeks considers fnatic a free win. they've had some really good results.

If you think that, you are clueless as fuck. Get out of your mind of the Fnatic with Shushei/Season 1. This is an entirely new team, just old brand name.

Maybe it's because they like to "think outside of the box" or they don't like playing standard or maybe they don't think they can play standard against other teams or maybe they think that innovative strats are the way to play league. I don't know, I'm not on their team. But since they like to do weird shit that teams aren't always ready for it usually falls on to their opponents to adapt to it. More often then not, when they do something weird they tend to get lax and stop pushing advantages. Allowing their opponents to come back. In some occasions their opponents respond properly and shut down the entire strategy. With a team like that they could definitely beat Fnatic if they run one of their weird comps or strategies. Even straight up, I'm sure bot lane will be in CLGna's favor or at least go even. Mid lane will probably go to Xpeke but jiji rarely loses lane hard enough for the game to be lost. Chauster is pretty solid in the jungle. Top lane's gonna be the only real weak point imo. CLG beating Fnatic will depend entirely on Hotshot playing smart and/or Fnatic responding poorly to cheese strats.

They've said they've completely dropped cheese until they can play standard with the new roster. Considering they haven't practiced any cheese, I doubt we're going to see anything wacky.
