I always felt like Blitz is somehow fishy, if you miss few hooks, its ok nothing to worry about, but when you grab few you decide the game, this mechanic is somehow broken since it doesn't have trade off, there is 0 risk for possible infinity benefit

True to a certain degree, but grabbing a wrong target can also end your game pretty quickly - think grabbing Alistar or Amumu into your team.

That's why it's so impressive that he grabbed Ryze out of the middle of that earlier fight. Had he grabbed, say, Darius - it wouldn't be a particularly good thing.

yep, if you missplay 1 or 2 times and your team is behind, a grab mid/lategame is a freeengage for the enemy team.

The stream started lagging for me toward the end of last game, and it only got worse since. Is it the same for other people or is it me?

These are too specific examples that rarely can happen, I mean of course nothing is only white or black, you can always find something bad even in the best things and the opposite, but overall Blitz's hook trade off is pretty ridiculous, he is not even in any kind of danger himself if he misses:-) nothing

To be fair, Ryze tailed slightly behind, and MadLife had a pretty open path. His positioning during some of the teamfights was so good - he's always slightly to the side, so he can grab the backline. The grab on Caitlyn in during the last fight was more impressive, yet probably not even intended

It's nice to see a support getting MVP. Great grabs.

MadLife gets MVP on Blitz by default. He didn't even impress that much this game - three good hooks and lots of downtime inbetween. No presence in lane, either - Oracle way too late, causing him to lose lots of time in lane and allowing Jack to free-farm. I'd rather have seen RapidStar or Woong as MVP.

Two 4-1 teams for the Blindpick game. League drifting more and more towards League of Bruisers. Both Evelynn and Blitzcrank might have problems to find suitable targets.

did they coinflip one more time forthe blindpick game? because Frost has Blueside 2 games in a row now.

jungle shen vs Top Shen

and Rapidstar probably expecting Ambition's eve, so he's going for Ryze

Perhaps, but then it'd be two different approaches to the 4-1 comp, with Frost going for the multiple threats (hi Olaf) and Frost going more protective with Cho.

Why is Eve toplane better then Eve midlane? I dont get MCs reasoning on this one, surely you want your evelyn to be able to roam both ways.

Well, that comes down to the AD you want to play. Blaze goes with Kog'Maw to carry them, while Woong is the more support-y MF, where Olaf and Ryze will be the hardest carries.

I'd have thought Shen does pretty 0K against Olaf, can last hit with Q to avoid E's range, and shield to make Olaf lose more HP than Shen if he gets in range anyway.

Woops. See MF and Blitz running back to their tower, "oh it's safe", switches resolutions, "first blood" right as the screen reappears. Madlife turned around and grabbed Captain Jack?

v Thanks!

My god DoA stop riding MadLifes dick so much. Sorry for the wording, but he missed a very easy rocket grab on Eve minutes ago, and now a 300 range grab on a Kog'Maw is suddenly "epic"....

@Alaric: Kog'Maw suicide charged Madlife, who got the easiest grab of his life, into Powerfist, into Ult for the kill. He wasn't even in danger of dieing. Shen ulted in, and Frost took bottom tower
